But in the mean time, Franks been doing a lot of work on his blog, Region19, including some rooting around in the history of other players in the Julie Amero saga.    He's an education activist, and forgive me if I'm wrong, but a School Board member in a neighboring jursidiction.  His first post on the State v Amero case is a real winner.
